Job Overview
The Receiving Lead is responsible for real time analysis, coordination and balance of Receiving Operations including allocation of tasks to other team members. Other responsibilities will include:
- Recording and reporting of inbound deliveries.
- Provides support in reporting, researching and resolving issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely manner.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Provides administrative support for the Receiving Managers.
- Develops and maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all needed systems.
- Support put-away and unloading operations as needed.
- Under direct supervision of the DC Receiving Managers. Work is performed within standard policies and procedures with opportunity for unreviewed decision-making.
- All other duties as assigned.

Compensation
- Starting hourly pay at $21.00 - $24.00/hour (Based on experience)

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of warehouse experience including leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
- Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie.
- Detail oriented and accurate.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in productivity data.
- Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
