Registered Nurse

Ascension seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this patient-focused role, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and coordinate interdisciplinary care to support optimal outcomes. You will document in the EHR, uphold rigorous safety and infection control standards, and provide education to patients and families. • Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient status
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and follow clinical protocols
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
• Uphold infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Support continuous improvement, quality initiatives, and evidence-based practice
• Precept and mentor peers while engaging in ongoing professional development
