Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a Clinic Director & Equity Partner in Short Pump, Virginia. This role offers an entrepreneurial opportunity to build and lead a startup clinic supported by a recognized outpatient therapy provider. Responsibilities include developing clinic culture, managing operations, and providing world-class care in physical therapy.
Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 annually with additional bonuses available once the clinic launches. Ivy also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 4 weeks of PTO.
