We are seeking a full-time Site Supervisor to lead high-end residential construction projects in the Boston and Metro West markets. This role offers the opportunity to join an award-winning, integrated architecture and construction firm known for its commitment to craftsmanship and excellence.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in high-end residential construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall leadership and execution of jobsite operations. This includes directing internal teams, subcontractors, and trade partners to deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a hands-on leader with expert-level carpentry skills who can plan, coordinate, and execute complex construction assemblies while maintaining a safe, organized, and highly professional jobsite.

This is a full time position with a competitive pay and bonus structure, plus PTO, health and retirement benefit options.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of jobsite operations, including planning, layout, sequencing, and daily coordination of work.
  • Supervise and direct C&M personnel, subcontractors, and trade partners to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Execute and oversee complex, high-end residential assemblies and finishes.
  • Maintain control of jobsite schedules, labor hours, and productivity.
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Perform and oversee frame-to-finish carpentry at an expert level.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented jobsite culture, including mentoring and training carpenters and apprentices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all project participants.
  • Communicate proactively with the Construction Manager and team regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, including jobsite appearance, conduct, and organization.
  • Promote accountability for the care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company resources.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or trade equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of residential frame-to-finish carpentry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising high-end residential construction projects.
  • Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL).
  • Physical ability to perform demanding construction tasks, including lifting and extended
