- Prepare and review complex individual, fiduciary, gift, and estate tax returns
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth clients and family groups
- Work closely with clients on trusts, wealth transfer, and multi-generational planning strategies
- Research complex tax matters and develop planning solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with senior leadership on sophisticated tax and financial planning engagements
- 5+ years of tax experience within High Net Worth (HNW), Private Client Services (PCS), or similar environment
- Strong experience with individual tax returns and tax planning for wealthy individuals/families
- Exposure to fiduciary, estate, or gift tax work preferred
CPA strongly preferred (JD/LLM also considered) - Public accounting or private client advisory background preferred
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Competitive base salary: $130K–$160K
