Registered Nurse

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Richmond is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis in Short Pump, Henrico County. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to monitor patient progress, administer treatments, and support individuals as they navigate their path from illness or injury back to independence. • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administering medications and clinical treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Monitoring patient vitals and overall physical condition, documenting changes accurately and promptly.
• Educating patients and their families on post-discharge care, rehabilitation exercises, and health management strategies.
• Providing emotional support and fostering a comforting, healing environment for patients during their recovery process.
