About the role
All Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service. Refund products and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products.
- Maximize product inventory by processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations.
- Assist with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experience by greeting, building relationships, and informing customers about products and services.
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations related to the sale of alcohol, and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
- Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and perform other duties as assigned.
- Load and deliver orders safely and professionally, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1‑3 years of work experience preferred; 1+ year of experience in retail setting preferred.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8‑10 hours a day.
- Safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
- Climb ladders and lift up to 50lbs overhead repeatedly.
- May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions during the workday.

Regular employee. Pay range: $14.84 – $20.78 per hour.
If this position is coded as a seasonal role, it is short‑term, no longer than six months, with an option to apply for a non‑seasonal role.
