Team Lead- Used Firearms

Bass Pro Shops -  -  - Responsibilities:
Evaluates and appraises used firearms exhibiting knowledge of fair market values, professional negotiation skills, research, and a high degree of firearms identification knowledge;
Maintains inventory through daily buying and cultivating leads for potential buying of gun collections outside of the store;
Initiates all 4473 forms with customers and is responsible for conducting the final check of applicable company, state, and federal forms prior to a firearm being transferred to the customer;
Provides highest quality customer service on the sales floor and assisting with customer phone calls;
Train and educate Outfitters on acquiring and disposing of used firearms, current sales trends, policy and procedure updates and changes, negotiation skills
