Strange’s is hiring a part‑time Garden Center Delivery Driver at the Short Pump location. The role requires prompt delivery of all assigned goods/orders while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor to support company morale.

Applicants must provide a valid driver's license, have a good driving record, and experience driving a small box truck is preferred.

Scheduling Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8 AM–5 PM (including Saturdays during Christmas and spring seasons).

• Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles
• Complete daily tasks assigned by management
• Communicate with management on the status of all deliveries
• Complete routes and deliveries of plant products promptly
• Update the system according to delivery completion
• Organize, clean, and maintain safety of the garage/warehouse space
• Check delivery vehicle daily to ensure safe transportation
• Assist with general facility maintenance and special projects when not on delivery

Applicants must provide a valid driver's license, have a good driving record, and experience driving a delivery van is preferred.

Additional hours may occur during Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas holidays.

• Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles
• Complete daily tasks assigned by management
• Communicate with management on the status of all deliveries
• Complete routes and deliveries promptly
• Load and unload delivery vehicles in a timely manner
• Update the system according to delivery completion
• Organize, clean, and maintain safety of the garage/warehouse space
• Assist with processing floral shipments, including cleaning buckets
• Check delivery vehicle daily to ensure safe transportation

Scheduling: 3–4 days per week, including one weekend day.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they enter the facility
• Assist in printing tags for greenhouse product
• Sort incoming mail
• Assist in preparing store signage
• Answer phones and direct customers on product location
• Process refunds or returns
• Respond to online inquiries when needed
• Accept and enter payments on customer accounts
• Manage the express checkout lane during busy seasons
• Complete other assorted tasks provided by management

Strange’s is hiring a part‑time Floral Customer Service Associate at the Short Pump location. The role is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service per company standards and processing sales efficiently through POS systems.

Scheduling: 3 days per week and available to work one weekend day consistently.

Pay rate to be discussed during the interview process.

Job Responsibilities

• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
• Greet and assist customers with their floral selections and shopping experience
• Assist in the preparation of sales displays
• Answer phones and complete POS transactions
• Takes customer orders both over the phone and in store
• Present the customer with product information
• Wrap bouquets and gift baskets
• Stock shelves and price products
• Assist in BOH tasks such as cleaning buckets and processing floral shipments
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
