Game Stop - 4431 South White Mountain Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, address questions/concerns promptly and courteously; assist guests with video gaming needs; inform guests of promotions; recommend additional items; apply selling behaviors during transactions; thank guests for shopping at Game Stop.;
Support the total shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.;
Process guest purchases/returns using Point-of-Sale system accurately; provide receipts and ensure top-notch guest service.;
Respond to guest comments or questions in person or on the phone; escalate issues to Store Manager as needed.;
Promote Game Stop’s guest benefits (new title reservations, trade-in program, Pro Rewards); train store associates on policies and procedures.
