Job SummaryThe Crisis Mobile Specialist responds to crisis calls dispatched by Solari to the City of Mesa Police Department. The service quickly triages a crisis situation, recommends an appropriate intervention, and assists in transitioning the person in crisis to the most appropriate level of care, when applicable. Responsibilities are defined in accordance with the Department of Behavioral Health Services, Regional Behavioral Health Authority, Office of Behavioral Health Licensure, and the Code of Federal Regulations.
Skills/ Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree preferred.
- Health‑care related experience providing exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification in accordance with A.A.C. R and CBI clinical policies.
- Emergency Medical Technician certification (valid in Arizona) required.
- Current Arizona driver’s license in good standing.
- Clear 39‑month motor‑vehicle record.
- Medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance.
