What You'll DoAs Hotel Manager, you will:
- Lead all day-to-day hotel operations
- Supervise and develop department managers and hotel staff
- Ensure exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of guest concerns
- Manage hotel budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Collaborate with resort leadership to support the overall success of Sunrise Park Resort
- Previous hotel management or hospitality leadership experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience managing budgets, financial reports, and operational performance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred (or equivalent management experience)
