Job Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner I (HRBP) , reporting to the Director of Human Resources at Summit Healthcare is a strategic influencing role responsible for aligning talent management and business solutions with the organization's goals . This position serves as a primary advisor to business leaders on critical issues such as employee engagement, retention, and overall business performance.

Essential Functions

In partnership and collaboration the Director of HR and Executive Leadership Team alignment:

  • Strategic Advisory :
    Partner with leadership to drive business solutions and strategies that align with Summit Healthcare’s mission and values.
  • Talent Management :
    Lead succession planning, strategic workforce modeling, organizational design and leadership development to build team capabilities.
  • Culture & Engagement :
    Collaborate and execute initiatives to enhance workplace culture, employee retention, and high-performance team building.
  • Data-Driven Solutions :
    Leverage HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and develop data-backed recommendations for leadership.
  • Integration Support :
    Collaborate on HR strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and system integrations.

Other Duties

  • Prepare presentations for teams.
  • Participates in departmental and association wide informational meetings and in services, including staff meetings, association wide forums, and seminars.

Physical Demands

Exerts up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Physical demands are in excess of those of Sedentary work. Light work usually requires walking or standing to a significant degree. Worker is exposed to extensive computer work.

Required Education and Experience

  • Education :
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Experience :
    Typically requires 3–5+ years of progressively responsible HR management experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Certifications :

    Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) orPHRis highly preferred.
  • Prior Healthcare Industry Experience Preferred .
  • Prior experience in ADHS and Joint Commission Surveys is highly desired .
