We are a growing IT company looking for a Field Engineer who can work on service tickets and projects and support client systems on-site and at client locations using industry standards and applications.

As a Project Lead I at Sunstate Technology Group, you'll play a critical role in coordinating and leading the on-site execution of various IT infrastructure projects, including network deployments, structured cabling, VoIP installations, and surveillance systems. This entry-to-mid-level leadership position is perfect for a technician ready to transition into project oversight. You'll act as the key liaison between the project management team and clients, ensuring that all work is executed according to the established project scope, technical standards, and timelines.

To excel as a Project Lead I at Sunstate Technology Group, candidates must possess a strong knowledge of networking, IP-based systems, structured cabling standards, and AV/VoIP deployments. Essential skills include negotiation abilities, technical writing proficiency, and the capacity to deliver both formal and informal presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is critical, particularly in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Project.

Familiarity with Connect Wise Manage at an intermediate to advanced level is also required.
