Job Description

A community-focused healthcare organization in Show Low, Arizona is hiring a Stepdown/PCU Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time role. This position is based on an 18-bed Telemetry unit with PCU capability on all beds.

Position Overview

• Permanent, full-time role
• Start date:
  
  ASAP
• 24-bed Tele unit with full PCU capability
• Care for patients with AMI, Stroke/TIA’s, Pneumonia, Renal, etc.
• Support staff available

Shift Details

• 12-hour Night shifts
• 6p-6a
• 36 hours per week

Compensation & Incentives

• Pay range: $31.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance available up to $5,000
• Complete benefits package available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Stepdown/PCU nursing care
• Monitor and interpret telemetry
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes
• Collaborate with hospitalists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in unit floating as assigned
• Practices within professional, legal and ethical standards and is accountable for actions and decisions at all times.
• Etc.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Arizona or compact)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Stepdown/PCU RN experience
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS
