Job Description

A community-focused healthcare organization in Show Low, Arizona is hiring a Med Surg / Tele Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time role. This position is based on a 24-bed Medical‑Surgical unit with telemetry capability on all beds and a strong focus on neuro and cardiac care.

Position Overview

Shift Details

• 12‑hour Night shifts
• 6p-6a
• 36‑hours per week

Compensation & Incentives

• Pay range: $31.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Eligible for up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus
• Relocation assistance available up to $5,000
• Complete benefits package available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality Med Surg and telemetry nursing care
• Manage neuro and cardiac patients
• Monitor and interpret telemetry
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes
• Collaborate with hospitalists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in unit floating as assigned
• Etc.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Arizona or compact)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
• Strong neuro and cardiac skill set
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS
