Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry | Up to $15K Bonus

$31.00 – $47.00/hour

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a supportive Med Surg/Telemetry unit in Show Low, Arizona. This is a great opportunity for RNs looking for strong clinical support, consistent scheduling, and excellent bonus potential.

• 12-hour shifts (days or nights available)
• 36 hours/week guaranteed
• 10-bed Med Surg unit with telemetry capability on all beds
• 1:5 (days)
• 1:6 (nights)
• 1:4 (pediatrics, based on acuity)
• Float to other Med Surg units and ICU (MS overflow only)

• Telemetry technicians
• Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
• Nurse managers provide oversight and support

• Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Document care accurately in EMR

• Active RN License (AZ or compact)
• 2+ years Med Surg acute care experience required
• BLS & ACLS required
• PALS preferred

• Any color scrubs allowed (not provided)
