Position Overview- Permanent, full-time position
- Work within Med Surg, Telemetry, or Stepdown units
- 12-hour shifts
- Collaborative, team‑oriented clinical environment
- Focus on high-quality patient care and clinical excellence
- Pay range: $31.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on experience)
- $10,000 sign‑on bonus
- Relocation assistance available
- Provide direct patient care in Med Surg, Telemetry, or Stepdown setting
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and neurological status
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (Required)
- Strong neuro and cardiac clinical skills
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (Required)
- PALS certification (Preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
