Positions & Department Requirements
1. Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RN – Night Shift (NOC)
Experience Baseline: Minimum of two (2) years of dedicated, high-acuity ICU clinical experience required.
Core Competencies: Expert critical thinking, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation management, and crisis stabilization.
2. Newborn Nursery Level 2 RN – Night Shift (NOC)Required
Certifications:
Active BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications.
Experience Preferences: Two or more (2+) years of Special Care Nursery (SCN) or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) clinical experience is highly preferred.
Core Competencies: Specialized care for stable premature infants, neonatal monitoring, and transitional newborn care.
3. Operating Room (OR) RN – Day ShiftExperience Baseline: Minimum of one (1) year of active perioperative / OR nursing experience.
Case Mix Complexity: Must be competent or specialized in circulating/scrubbing a diverse range of cases, including General, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, OB-GYN, and ENT procedures.
4. Medical-Surgical (MS) RN – Day or Night Shift AvailableExperience Baseline: Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Core Competencies: Comprehensive post-operative care, diverse disease management, excellent head-to-toe assessments, and efficient medication titration.
5. Emergency Room (ER) RN – Day or Night Shift AvailableExperience Baseline: Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical RN experience in an Emergency Department setting.
Core Competencies: Rapid triage capabilities, emergency stabilization, critical path decision-making, and high-stress adaptability.
6. Labor & Delivery (L&D) RN – Day or Night Shift AvailableExperience Baseline: Minimum of two (2) years of clinical L&D nursing experience.
Technical Requirement: Direct, hands-on circulating or scrub experience with C-section surgical deliveries is required.
7. Med-Surg / Telemetry (MS/TELE) RN – Day or Night Shift AvailableExperience Baseline: One to two (1–2) years of dedicated Telemetry experience, paired with a solid background in an acute care Medical-Surgical environment.
Core Competencies: Continuous cardiac rhythm interpretation, telemetry strip analysis, and comprehensive acute clinical care.
General Requirements (All Roles)Licensure: Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Life Support: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced life support certifications like ACLS or PALS may be required depending on your specific unit assignment).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with physicians, ancillary teams, and families.
Physical Capability: Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and maneuver efficiently throughout a standard 12-hour acute care shift.
Schedule & LocationWork Type: Full-Time, Permanent Unit Placements.
Shift Structures: Standard 12-hour shifts. Openings fluctuate between dedicated Day shifts, Night shifts (NOC), or rotating schedules depending on individual unit operational needs.
