Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical​/Tele

Medical Surgical/Tele Nurse Opportunity

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in a Med Surg unit with Telemetry capability. Ensure patient safety, deliver quality care, and support clinical operations within a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Support patient and family education regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Perform clinical documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Float to ICU and other Med Surg units as needed to manage patient overflow.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license and active state licensure.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of recent Med Surg acute care experience.
• Possess current ACLS and BLS certifications; PALS preferred.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts with a flexible and team-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with variable patient acuity.
