Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical​/Tele

$2178.72/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced RN for Med Surg unit with Tele capability, providing compassionate care to adult and pediatric patients. The role involves managing patients with neurological and cardiac conditions, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including techs, charge nurses, and support staff.
• Document patient information accurately in Sunrise and Allscripts EMR systems.
• Support float duties across Med Surg and ICU units as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of hospital experience.
• Strong proficiency in Neuro and Cardiac patient care.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required; NIHSS mandatory and PALS preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and handle variable acuity levels.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Sunrise and Allscripts EMR systems a plus.
