Join a high-acuity Emergency Department in Arizona, as a DIRECT HIRE Registered Nurse. This Level IV Trauma Center provides care to a broad patient population, including trauma, cardiac, neurological, and other emergency conditions. With a 1:3 or 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and strong support staff during peak hours, this is an opportunity to become part of an established emergency care team.

What to Expect

• 30 private Emergency Department rooms
• 6-room EDOU observation unit
• 6 fast-track beds supported by a PA for minor, non-urgent conditions
• 1 seclusion room and 5 additional monitored rooms
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Average of approximately 100 patients seen per day
• 1:3 or 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• 5 techs available during peak hours
• Broad patient population, including trauma, cardiac, and neurological cases
• Allscripts – Sunrise EMR
• Omnicell medication system
• Day shift, three 12-hour shifts per week

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• PALS certification required
• TNCC certification required

Compensation & Incentives

• Sign-on bonus payable after 90 days
• Sign-on bonus payable after 12 months
• Sign-on bonuses do not require repayment if you leave the position
• Relocation assistance may be available; if provided, a one-year employment commitment is required
