Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU

Show Low, AZ

Contract | Night Shifts | 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM / 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level II Special Care Nursery (SCN) setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of newborns requiring specialized care
• Collaborate with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) and Neonatology staff available 24/7
• Implement and follow evidence-based neonatal care protocols and procedures
• Support families through education and compassionate communication regarding infant care

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current S.T.A.B.L.E. Program certification
• Demonstrated experience in NICU Level II or Special Care Nursery (SCN) nursing

• 2 or more years of SCN or NICU nursing experience
• Familiarity with newborn nursery workflows and high-volume birth settings

• Work in a well-supported neonatal unit with 24/7 NNP and Neonatology coverage
