Position Overview

As a Med/Surg Registered Nurse
, you will provide direct nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities may include:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans

Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and patient response to treatment

Provide patient and family education

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

Follow hospital safety, infection-control, and quality standards

Qualifications

Active Arizona RN license or Compact RN license

Current BLS certification

2 Years of RN experience

Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute-care environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
