Medsurg Team Member
Join our dynamic Med Surg team where you'll provide exceptional care to adult patients with tele capability.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide nursing care in a Med Surg unit with tele capability
- Manage a patient load of 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at night
- Float to all Med Surg units and ICU as needed
- Collaborate with support staff including Tele techs and charge nurses
- Conduct rounds with nurse managers who do not provide direct patient care
What we need to see:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong skills in Neuro and Cardiac care
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- PALS certification
