Telemetry Nurse
Join our dynamic team as a Telemetry Nurse, where you'll provide critical care in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Provide nursing care in a telemetry and Med Surg acute care setting
- Monitor and validate telemetry readings and document as needed
- Administer medications including Cardizem, amiodarone, and others
- Collaborate with support staff including Tele techs and charge nurses
- Participate in patient rounds with nurse managers
- Float to all Med Surg units as required
- Work every other weekend, including days and nights
- At least 1 year of experience in telemetry and Med Surg acute care
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- Experience with common diagnoses such as AMI, Stroke/TIA, and Pneumonia
- Willingness to float to all Med Surg units
