• Setting: Acute care Labor & Delivery unit with triage and postpartum support
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250-$2,370
• Orientation: Weekly onboarding available
• Charting System: Allscripts

• RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required; strong high-risk OB background preferred
• Experience supporting C-sections required
• Proficiency in fetal monitoring and responding appropriately to fetal distress
• Ability to care for patients with pre-eclampsia and other high-acuity obstetric conditions
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) required
• Comfortable working independently in a unit without an in-house OB provider at all times
• Ability to float to other areas of the hospital, including Med Surg or ED, if needed and experienced
• Strong teamwork, communication, and calm decision-making in emergent situations

• Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring, postpartum, and high-risk obstetric patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Support vaginal births, C-sections, and couplet care as census and patient needs require
• Recognize and escal… obstetric emergencies while delivering immediate bedside interventions when appropriate
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established care protocols
• Provide flexible support across the unit, including triage and postpartum assignments
• Float to appropriate areas when needed, based on experience and unit needs
