Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU

Show Low, AZ | Acute Care

Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (06:00–18:30 / 18:00–06:30)

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level II Special Care Nursery (SCN) setting
• Monitor and assess newborn patients, responding to changes in condition and coordinating with the care team
• Collaborate with 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) and Neonatology staff to deliver comprehensive neonatal care
• Maintain BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications and apply competencies in daily clinical practice
• Support a unit caring for approximately 800 births per year across 8 Level II SCN beds

• Active RN licensure in good standing
• NICU Level II experience required
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• STABLE certification required

• 2 or more years of SCN or NICU experience
• Familiarity with Level II neonatal care protocols and standards
• Experience working in a high-volume newborn nursery environment

• Work within a well-supported neonatal unit with 24/7 NNP and Neonatology availability
