This position requires a proactive, customer‑focused individual to handle in‑store and phone orders, assist with inventory, and maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare pizza products and assist with kitchen operations.
• Receive and process telephone orders and take in‑person orders efficiently.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork as required.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Assist in training new team members and support store management.
• Maintain customer service standards by speaking with customers and co‑workers in a friendly manner.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; can use a calculator.
• Must be able to give correct monetary change.
• Good motor coordination and ability to perform manual tasks with speed and precision.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Proficient in using a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.

• Most tasks are performed from a standing position; walking on ceramic or tile floors.
• Can stand, walk, and sit for short durations; may walk short distances repeatedly.
• Can lift, carry, push, pull, and push up to 50 pounds, often with a hand truck or dolly.
• Can climb stairs or ladders infrequently for maintenance or price changes.
• Can stoop, bend, and squat for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
• Requires eye‑hand coordination for tasks such as shaping dough, using pizza cutters, and assembling boxes.
