Part Time Merchandiser

• Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
• Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores
• Move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on a personal device
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location:
  Show Low, AZ
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed

Demonstrates strong relationship-building and communication skills to fulfill merchandising needs while ensuring product visibility and adherence to company guidelines. Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on enhancing sales and maintaining displays.
