Assistant Sales Manager - Show Low, Arizona,

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our dealership team. In this role, you will assist the Sales Manager in daily operations, mentor junior sales personnel, and ensure great customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, retail math proficiency, and a proven track record of closing deals.

• Be to work early every day and set the example for the sales team
• Run morning meetings as assigned
• Teach sales process, fact finding, walk-arounds, phone skills, and overcoming objections
• Hire, train, and motivate sales staff
• Conduct one-on-one coaching with team members who are not pacing toward goals
• Monitor employee calls, habits, and performance to help team members succeed
• Hold team members accountable for daily responsibilities and monthly goals
• Ensure all team members complete required tasks before checkout

• Walk the lot following morning meetings to ensure inventory is properly presented
• Complete daily workplan by contacting guests after morning and afternoon meetings
• Ensure all guests are turned to a manager before leaving the dealership
• Participate in manager turns and lot coverage as required
