Represent the company during the sales process by collecting customer product needs and design specifications;
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, pricing, deliveries, and quotes;
Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales;
Input customer orders, pricing, and data into the ERP system;
Maintain stock levels on sales floor and assist with cash register
