Job Description
We are looking for a Field Technician to work in the field, drive vehicles, interact with customers, and develop through ongoing training. The role provides extensive training, a company truck, uniforms, and a competitive compensation package.
Total base pay plus bonus up to $19/hour (based on national average). Relocation assistance available for the right candidate. Benefits include 20 days PTO per year, medical start immediate, 401(k) match up to 5% and tuition reimbursement that grows with tenure.
Key Responsibilities- Connect customers by installing service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
- Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair performance issues, and manage first‑level distribution.
- Verify upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination.
- Proactively suggest upgrades and educate customers on equipment.
- Assume additional duties that support the company purpose, brand principles, and organizational values.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record in the state applied.
- Willingness to work overtime and on-call as needed.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to listen and present solutions positively.
- Must be comfortable working in small, confined areas; able to lift 80 lbs, work on ladders, and operate in all weather conditions.
- At least 3 months of customer service or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
