Job Description

At Atlas, we're providing services that enable communities to flourish and thrive, and if you’re CMT Field Technician ready to perform construction testing and sampling and committed to doing meaningful work, in a Flex-Time, 20 to 25 hours per week position, then this is your moment. You’ll perform concrete testing, soils testing and field inspections. This could potentially lead to a full-time position.

Core Responsibilities

Independently perform field work including;

  • Soils testing
  • Field Inspections.
  • Work Remotely as necessary.
  • Field Reporting.
  • Construction testing and sampling.

You’ll thrive here if you

High school diploma/GED required.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and ability to communicate effectively in English.

Ability to read maps and construction plans; work outdoors in varying weather; and safely maneuver equipment on uneven, active construction sites.

  • Physically capable of lifting 40–50 lbs. regularly, driving a company vehicle, and meeting all requirements for drug testing, MVR, and background checks.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with strong communication skills and the ability to follow direction and instruction remotely.

Ability to travel 80% of the time.
