Assistant Chargé D'affaires
The company CEME CENTRE EST is looking for an intern "Assistant Project Manager" in Charolles (71). In a team with a project manager on tertiary or industrial construction sites, your missions are the following:
- Planning the different stages of the construction site according to all trades and the recommendations of architects
- Financial management of the construction site - respect of the budget
- Compliance with health and safety rules on construction sites
- Analysis of client specifications
- Participation in the elaboration of estimates
- Collection of elements necessary for the writing of the Record of Executed Works
The goal of your mission is the satisfaction of the client and the respect of safety rules.
The Profile SoughtWe are looking for a candidate currently in a professional license CAIE or any other electrical training at level Bac +3 to Bac +5.
