InProduction is seeking Construction Scaffolding Laborers to join their team in Shreveport, Louisiana. These individuals will work on temporary seating and structures at major sporting and entertainment venues across the country. The ideal candidates are comfortable with travel, working outdoors, and have a background in scaffolding, construction, or events. • Familiarity with basic hand tools (drills, saws, hammers, etc.)
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to read and understand basic safety instructions
• Willingness to travel and be away from home for extended periods (90+ days)
• Ability to work overtime

• Experience in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, laboring, or events
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
