Insight Global is looking for a Construction Manager for an Oilfield Services company headquartered out of Houston, TX. This Construction Manager will spend the majority of their day in the field overseeing construction activities and ensuring work is progressing safely, efficiently, and according to project plans. Each day typically starts with site walks and contractor meetings to review ongoing work, discuss safety expectations, and address any issues impacting execution.

Throughout the day, they'll coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality, and HSE teams to resolve technical questions, maintain compliance with project procedures, and ensure quality standards are being met. They'll monitor contractor productivity, manpower levels, and overall progress against the project schedule, identifying risks and implementing recovery actions when needed. A key part of the role is facilitating communication between multiple contractors and disciplines working in adjacent areas to ensure seamless execution and avoid conflicts.

While also maintaining strong relationships with contractor supervisors and client representatives while providing accurate updates for progress reports, forecasts, and project performance metrics. Ultimately, this role serves as the primary field leader responsible for keeping construction activities on track, on schedule, and aligned with project objectives. This position is located in Shreveport, LA.
