Project Manager, Project & Program Management

This position is responsible for leading project delivery resources and managing client relationships in delivering small to medium sized projects, or a portion of a larger, more complex project. Accountable for successful financial project delivery, meeting project schedule, and achieving the client’s project goals. This position requires frequent travel and onsite work at Federal customer locations, including remote locations across the United States.

• Generally, leads small to medium sized projects, or a portion of a larger more complex project.
• Manages and maintains positive client relationship.
• Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for a project.
• Ensures project is cashflow positive by developing schedule of values and managing client invoicing. Assists in
• ensuring prompt payment as required.
• Organizes and leads project meetings with clients and internal departments.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule and budget.
• In collaboration with the project team, mitigates project risks to avoid write-downs.
• Manages contract documentation requirements from kick off to closeout.
• Facilitates and manages communications regarding project scope with subcontractors and clients.

• Four-year degree in related field, or applicable experience.
• 5+ years’ experience, including construction team management.
• In-depth knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, lighting, controls, generation, and water systems.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of building construction processes and methods, building codes and permitting.
• Strong computer skills, including, ERP and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel and Microsoft Projects.
• Works at a project site.
