Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (No weekends)
Pay: $15/hour (Temp) ? $17/hour upon hire + spiff

Job Summary
Yokem Toyota is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Care Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. This position is primarily responsible for managing the reception desk, greeting walk-in customers, and proactively contacting customers regarding scheduled free maintenance services. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Contact customers to remind and schedule free maintenance service appointments
Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details
Provide general information regarding dealership services
Support the service department with customer communication and follow-up
Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Computer proficiency, including:
Typing
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Ability to multitask and remain organized at the reception desk
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
No weekends
Compensation & Advancement
$15/hour during initial employment
Upon permanent hire with Yokem Toyota:
$17/hour
Monthly spiff for service appointments (approximately $300-$500 per month)
Work Environment
Front reception area within an automotive dealership
Frequent interaction with customers, service advisors, and dealership staff
