A leading logistics provider in Shreveport, LA is looking for a Client Support Associate to provide day-to-day support for clients regarding transportation and logistics needs. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a detail-oriented approach. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, collaborating with teams for problem-solving, and assisting with reporting needs. This is an office-based role with working hours from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
