Social Studies Teacher
The Caddo Parish School Board is seeking applicants for the position listed below to work with students during Summer Remediation. All applicants must meet Louisiana certification requirements for the position(s) in which they apply.
The following is the payment schedule and requirements:
Literacy Teacher… $38.00 per hour - (7 hours per day)
- Applicant must be a certified teacher in 6-8 Middle School Social Studies.
The responsibilities will include supporting the students in the content area through face-to-face instruction. The number of teachers employed will be based on student/course enrollment.
Session Dates:
June 1 - June 18
Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m.
- 2:30 p.m.
Interviews for the Caddo Teacher Remediation positions will be conducted the week of March 17. Those chosen will be expected to work every weekday during the employment period. If the employee has other obligations that would limit his/her attendance at any time during the employment period, he/she should not apply.

Job Requirements- Must be a certified teacher in 6-8 Middle School Social Studies.
