Position OverviewWe are seeking a high‑performing, student‑centered educator who will play a vital role in delivering rigorous, evidence‑based instruction and supporting student success within a specialized learning environment. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and student needs
- Experience supporting students with learning differences preferred
- Ability to implement structured literacy and intervention strategies
- Comfort working in small groups and individualized instructional settings
- Demonstrate measurable student growth
- Use data to inform instructional decisions
- Deliver instruction aligned to evidence‑based practices
- Maintain strong classroom systems and routines
- Engage in ongoing professional development and coaching
- Ability to maintain a structured, consistent classroom environment
- Willingness to participate in ongoing dyslexia training (CALT/CALP pathway)
- Strong instructional planning and execution skills
- Ability to use feedback to improve performance quickly
- Commitment to student outcomes and accountability
- Implement instructional accommodations (not write IEPs) and supports aligned to IEPs, 504 Plans, and intervention plans.
- Collaborate with SPED staff, interventionists, and leadership to support student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation as required for student services and compliance
- Participate in meetings related to student progress and support plans, as needed
Monday–Friday (schedule aligns to local school district calendar)
EducationBachelor’s degree required
ExperienceMinimum 1 year of teaching preferred, but not required for strong candidates
CertificationTeaching certification preferred OR eligibility to obtain certification within 12 months
