Attached to the Direction of sites and member of the Management Committee, you are responsible for the HSE service on our production sites. You accompany the operational teams on a daily basis in order to improve and guarantee the safety, health of employees and compliance with environmental regulations.
In this role, your missions are to:
- Lead and pilot the HSE approach on the two factories
- Ensure the application of rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Define and deploy HSE action plans in response to identified issues
- Ensure regular on-site presence to monitor and support teams
- Develop and strengthen the safety culture among operational staff
- Identify, analyze risks and support their prevention
- Conduct accident analyses and lead associated action plans
- Ensure regulatory compliance and be the site’s point of reference for administrations
- Bac +3 to Bac +5 in HSE, QSE, environment or equivalent
- Your significant experience in industrial environment, associated with your pronounced taste for the field and operational constraints, allows you to be pragmatic, quickly legitimate and effective with the teams.
- Safety animation and support of operational teams.
- Risk analysis, accidents, and incidents.
- Implementation and follow-up of HSE action plans.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (ISO 14001…).
- Ability to influence and rally on the ground.
- Pragmatic approach, oriented towards solutions and concrete actions.
- Strictly follow the environmental and energy guidelines established in the ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 processes of the site.
- Permanent contract
- Position based in Chagny (Department 71).
- Management status
- Daytime hours. You will also be required to perform management on-call duties (1 week of on-call every 3-4 months).
