Industrial Sales​/Estimator

We are currently recruiting for a new position designed to streamline our maintenance service offerings to our industrial clients. As a Solution Builder for our growing team in Shreveport, LA, you will help customers solve civil maintenance problems. Your primary role will be to conduct job walks, understand the customer’s needs, estimate, and propose projects. Successful candidates have a background in leading crews, hands on experience in civil work, interacting with customers, and performing initial estimates of needed manpower, materials, and equipment.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with owners, engineers, and general contractors in the greater Louisiana/Texas gulf coast
• Planning and implementing a plan to achieve predictable results
• Participating in update meetings to express and understand status and results of your efforts
• Conducting job walks, understanding customer’s needs, preparing estimates, and writing proposals

• 5+ years of in-field experience within Industrial / Petrochemical facilities. Ideally you will have previous experience functioning as Superintendent in Industrial plants in the Shreveport, LA area.
• Application knowledge for various coating, fireproofing, grouting, and concrete materials
• Ability to define scope of work and prepare project estimates by calculating materials, labor, equipment, associated costs
• Ability to develop technical proposals to include scope, clarifications, and pricing
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Ability to function in a collaborative team setting with a positive outlook
• Motivated to perform in a high demand work environment
