Mechanical Engineer; Metals

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and implementation of modular infrastructure solutions—including enclosures, skids, and factory-built assemblies—for the Data Center, Utility, Fiber, and Telecommunications sectors. This role provides technical leadership across HVAC, piping/fluid systems, sheet metal fabrication, dynamic analysis, materials, and controls integration. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with hands‑on manufacturing experience, driving projects from concept through commissioning.

• Design Leadership — Lead mechanical design for modular products, including HVAC, airflow/thermal design, piping, and structural assemblies.
• Documentation — Produce and approve models, drawings, specifications, and test plans; maintain configuration control.
• Project Execution — Manage engineering work streams, lead design reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Manufacturing Support — Support fabrication, testing, and commissioning; resolve build issues and lead root‑cause investigations.
• Compliance & Safety — Apply relevant codes/standards, ensure safety and reliability, and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 6–10 years of mechanical design experience in manufacturing or industrial product development
• Strong background in HVAC, piping/fluid systems, sheet metal/weldments, dynamic analysis, and materials selection
• Proficiency with CAD tools (Inventor, Solid Works, AutoCAD) and PLM/PDM systems
• Hands‑on experience with validation testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, and field support
