Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead capital projects in a manufacturing environment. This role will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

+ Manage capital projects from concept to completion.

+ Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

+ Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

+ Track project progress and provide regular updates.

+ Manage project costs, forecasts, and risk mitigation.

+ Support equipment installations, facility upgrades, and expansion projects.

+ Ensure project goals, timelines, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

+ 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

+ Experience managing capital projects with significant budgets.

+ Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contractor management.

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred

+ PMP certification.

+

Experience with facility expansions, equipment installations, or plant improvement projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Shreveport, LA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $72.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
