EPC Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Services LLC is looking for skilled A&P Technicians to join our team in Shreveport, LA! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated aerospace maintenance team where your expertise keeps aircraft airworthy and operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft airframes and powerplants
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems to identify and resolve issues
- Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer manuals, and approved data
- Accurately document all maintenance actions, discrepancies, and sign-offs in aircraft logbooks and maintenance records
- Conduct pre- and post-maintenance inspections to ensure airworthiness and compliance
- Collaborate with crew chiefs, inspectors, and other technicians to meet aircraft return-to-service deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required
- Hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, manuals and engineering orders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced MRO environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and meet eligibility requirements
