Role Overview: The Relationship Banker acts as a trusted advisor, engaging clients through consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive growth by promoting and selling bank products and services, including deposits, loans, and referrals to other banking lines.
- Provide tailored financial advice aligned with clients’ short- and long-term objectives, deepening relationships and enhancing satisfaction.
- Conduct proactive outreach via calls to identify client needs and opportunities for additional products.
- Support a high-performance sales culture by coaching team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Deliver excellent client service by efficiently processing transactions, resolving issues promptly, and minimizing wait times.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and risk management protocols.
- Assist in operational tasks such as training new associates, managing vault responsibilities, and maintaining audit controls.
High school diploma or GED required, with 5+ years of relevant experience. The role requires strong interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills to meet performance expectations.
