About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized Contract HR Operations & Recruiting Specialist to provide hands‑on support for recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and basic payroll coordination. This role is critical to keeping our day‑to‑day HR operations running smoothly and ensuring managers and employees have timely support.
What You’ll Do- Recruiting & Hiring Support:
Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and track recruiting metrics. - Onboarding & Offboarding:
Manage checklists, collect required documentation, coordinate orientations, and ensure HRIS records are accurate. - HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain personnel files, track compliance documentation, assist with reporting, and support small HR projects. - Payroll & Benefits Coordination:
Review timesheets, assist with status changes, and coordinate with payroll/benefits specialist for accuracy. - Administrative Follow‑Up:
Ensure completion of performance reviews, maintain HR templates and checklists, and follow up with managers on HR processes.
- 3–5 years of HR experience with recruiting and HR operations focus
- Strong organizational and follow‑through skills
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP) and basic payroll coordination
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a small company environment
- Excellent communication skills
