Job description
IT Help Desk Coordinator – Full Time. Main responsibilities include reporting, tracking and managing tickets through the IT ticketing system, supporting end-users with tier one problems, and troubleshooting a variety of computer-related issues via phone and remote assistance. Occasional travel for onsite assistance and installations may be required. Additional duties include management of asset inventory, performing routine administrative functions, maintaining technology proficiency standards for supported systems, preparation and installation of workstations and peripherals.
High school diploma or equivalent, required. Experience in a customer service-oriented call center environment, preferred. A+ certification or equivalent skill/training, preferred.
